Dr. Jen It is my personal goal to always provide the highest quality of care for you, your family and friends. I have been practicing for over 25 years in the field of health care and am always finding new ways to treat and care for our patients. My family and I live between Cold Spring and Richmond and my children grew up in this area. My husband is the Business Manager in our clinic and for the Tae Kwon Do Gym. Chiropractic is my strongest passion but not my only one. I have accomplished much in the martial arts world along with enjoying time at our cabin, hunting, riding motorcycle, four-wheeling and snowmobiling. To fully understand what our facility can offer, you need to understand chiropractic. Chiropractic is the branch of the healing arts that deals with structure and function. Chiropractors have found that if there is pressure along the spine, irritating and interfering with a nerve, it will cause pain (function). It is highly probable that it will affect muscles, joints, blood vessels and even organs and glands (structure). It is my job to determine if such a problem exists and if it can be relieved. Advanced technology and extensive diagnostic training assure the chiropractic physician-and you-that the findings are valid and the prognosis reliable. email@example.com
Office Manager/Personal Trainer I am Originally from St.Cloud but moved to Richmond in 2010 when I met my now husband. We have 3 beautiful daughters together who love all things outdoors, tutu's and coming to see Dr. Jen for their routine adjustments! I have a BS in Community Health and Exercise Science from Bemidji State University in 2008, where I started teaching group exercise classes my freshman year. In 2013 I continued my education and enrolled in the Didactic Program in Dietetics from CSB/SJU and earned a Nutritional Certificate qualifying me to earn my Registered Dietetics license but my dreams of being a wife and mother instead won my heart. But I still enjoy learning and teaching all things nutrition! Which have helped me extend my personal training skills. Since walking into my first group fitness class freshman year I have been a personal trainer in 2 states and 4 cities, teaching fitness and creating personal training programs for over 12 years. I love working with all fitness levels, I'm currently teaching my daughters yoga! I enjoy helping people achieve their personal goals, and educating people about living a healthy and active life! I specialize in various exercise techniques/styles and enjoy learning new fitness methods to incorporate into my programs. I’m never doing the same thing over and over again...you will always be challenged! firstname.lastname@example.org
