Here's what we ask of you.
In exchange for a free booth and exposure to 150+ warm leads, vendors commit to a few simple things that make the event great for everyone.
Bring Your People
Each vendor is required to bring a minimum number of attendees from their own clientele or following. You'll receive a unique tracking code to monitor sign-ups. (Minimum TBD — announced at confirmation.)
Offer a Mini Service
Provide a free 5-15 minute sample service or demo at your booth. This is your chance to convert attendees into real clients. Come ready to book appointments on the spot.
Donate a Prize
Contribute one prize item or service package to the giveaway drawing. This gets your business featured in prize announcements and gives attendees another reason to remember you.
Promote the Event
Share the event with your audience using the marketing materials provided. We'll give you graphics, captions, and your vendor code — you just need to post.
Set Up on Time
Plan to arrive during the setup window (details sent closer to the event). All vendors must be ready before doors open. Friday evening setup access may be available depending on venue.
Do Not Collect Emails
RHC collects attendee contact info at check-in and distributes it to all vendors after the event. Please don't run your own sign-up lists at the booth — this keeps the experience seamless.

Answers to common questions.
Is there a fee to participate as a vendor?
No. Vendor booths are completely free. Our only asks are a mini service, a giveaway prize, and bringing attendees from your own network.
How many vendors will there be?
We're keeping vendor count intentional — one per service category. This means your booth isn't competing with anyone offering the same thing.
What if my category is already filled?
We'll let you know if your category is unavailable and offer you an alternative spot if your service could fit another category, or add you to a waitlist.
How many attendees do I need to bring?
The minimum attendee requirement per vendor will be finalized and communicated at confirmation. It will be a reasonable number within your existing audience.
Can I sell products or book appointments?
Yes. You're encouraged to book new clients on the spot, sell products, and promote your services. The goal is real business results for every vendor.
Will I get the attendee contact list?
Yes. Every confirmed vendor receives the full attendee contact list after the event. RHC collects it at check-in via a consent form.
What does my booth space include?
Booth size and inclusions (tables, chairs, etc.) will be confirmed once the venue is finalized. Note any special setup needs in your application.
