How to Administer
Based on body weight, the canine or feline patient should receive the formula according to the following recommendations, or as otherwise directed.

<5 lbs 0.25 mL every other day
5-9 lbs 0.25 mL
10-19 lbs 0.50 mL
20-29 lbs 0.75 mL
30-39 lbs 1 mL
40-49 lbs 1.25 mL
50-59 lbs 1.50 mL
60-69 lbs 1.75 mL
70-79 lbs 2 mL
80-89 lbs 2.25 mL
90-99 lbs 2.50 mL
100-110 lbs 2.75 mL

7-11 lbs 0.25 mL
