Join us for an evening of deep rest and recalibration through the power of sound.
A sound bath uses crystal singing bowls and other precisely tuned instruments to immerse the body in healing frequencies. Research has shown these tones can:
✔ Activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & repair)
✔ Lower cortisol and reduce inflammation
✔ Improve heart rate variability, sleep, and mood

We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and a guided body scan to help you ground and settle. From there, the sound journey begins—designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and support your overall well-being.
