Yin Yoga + Sound Bath | July 18th @ RHC
Join us for a 60-minute collaborative experience combining Yin Yoga and a live Sound Bath—designed to downshift the nervous system, unlock deep tissue tension, and create space for restoration on all levels.
This session is beginner-friendly and ideal for anyone seeking calm, clarity, or a nervous system tune-up.
You’ll be guided through long-held, floor-based yin postures while immersed in live sound frequencies from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments. The vibrations support tissue relaxation, energetic release, and emotional reset.
🧘♀️ Yin Yoga’s slow and sustained stretches help regulate fascia, reduce stress, and create the conditions for deep rest and recalibration.
