Sound Bath - Jan. 17th
An ambient sound bath offers a low-stimulation sound environment designed to support nervous system settling without effort or instruction. Rather than directing attention, ambient sound provides a consistent backdrop the body can respond to naturally.
This session is scheduled during the waning crescent phase of the lunar cycle, a period marked by reduced nighttime light and a general easing of external stimulation. In combination with steady, layered sound, this timing supports conditions associated with physiological slowing and recovery.
Sound influences the body through entrainment, a process in which internal rhythms gradually synchronize with stable external patterns. Repeating tones and gentle harmonics allow breathing, heart rate, and attention to organize toward a more regulated state at their own pace.
This session will take place on Saturday, January 17, from 9:30–10:30 AM at Regional Health Center,
307 Ivy Ave SE, Richmond, MN 56368.
