Make Your Own Hummus

Make-Your-Own Hummus

Ingredients: 
All ingredients organic, makes 6 servings
  • 2 cups canned garbanzo beans (chickpeas), OR cook from scratch if desired
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 cup tahini (sesame butter)
  • 1/3 lemon juice (fresh squeezed if possible!)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive or flaxseed oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Paprika, sea salt, and fresh parsley to taste.
  • Make it your own by adding fresh toppings of your choice! For example: pomegranate arils, cashews or pistachios, dill, tomatoes, olives, diced bell peppers, or any other  combination of fresh ingredients to your liking.

Directions: 
  1. Drain beans, but save the liquid for later.
  2. Use food processor or blender to blend beans with all other ingredients until smooth consistency (except the extra ingredients you choose for toppings)
  3. If mixture seems dry, add small amounts of the reserved liquid to make a smooth paste.
  4. Garnish with a drizzle of oil, sprinkle of paprika, parsley, and any other yummy toppings
  5. Spread the hummus on rice crackers, rice cakes, Nut Thins, or simply enjoy with some fresh veggies!

Fresh Mango Salsa

Fresh Mango Salsa

Ingredients: ​
All ingredients organic
  • 2 large ripe mangos, diced small
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1 large lime, juiced (about 1/4 cup lime jiuce)
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. himalayn sea salt, to taste
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp.  ground pepper
  • (Optional: 1 or 2 red thai chili peppers, minced)
  • (Optional: Add 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh basil

Directions: 
  1. Combine and mix all ingredients in mixing bowl
  2. Enjoy with baked tortilla chips

Bluerberry Peach Popsicles

Blueberry Peach Popsicles

Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free
  • 1 1/2 cups peeled/sliced fresh organic peaches
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh organic blueberries 
  • 1/2 cup light coconut milk (So Delicious brand)
  • 1/3 cup coconut-milk yogurt, unsweetened
​          (So Delicious brand works well)
  • Add 1-2 tbsp honey, if desired
  • Try with blackberries or raspberries too!
Directions: 
  1. Combine ingredient into blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1-2 min. until smooth
  3. Fill popsicle mold or ice cube tray with mixture
  4. Add a popsicle stick or toothpick to each
  5. Freeze until firm
*Make sure your popsicle mold is NON-TOXIC

CREAMY AVOCADO CILANTRO LIME DRESSING

Seven Ingredient Salad Dressing
Dairy free, paleo, Whole30 friendly 

  • Recipe:
  • 1 Avocado, large
  • 1 handful Cilantro
  • 1 Garlic clove, large
  • 1 Lime juice
1 tsp Sea salt
1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Water, to thin

Combine ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend and add small amounts of water until desired consistency.

Great for dipping veggies and topping off any salad.
